Semcor aim to obtain 100% bonds for our clients. A reputable bond originator is used to obtain bonds from South Africa's four major banks, being ABSA Bank, First National Bank, Nedbank, and Standard Bank
Construction
All our houses are built with SABS approved material.
Marketing
We outsource our highly professional Sales Consultants.
